“Georgian Amelioration” ltd continues to renovate amelioration infrastructure in regions for ensuring proper operation of irrigation and drainage schemes.

Operation works of Mashveli irrigation scheme are underway on the territory of the village of Parskhanakanevi, in Tskaltubo municipality. Certain sections of Mashveli canal are being cleaned from accumulated silt and sediment.

Arrangement of the irrigation scheme will significantly contribute to the increase of discharge capacity of the canal, resulting in the improvement of water supply of more than 170 subscribers. Furthermore, land plots of local residents with total area of up to 320 ha will be protected from flooding, which is important for ensuring the safety of amelioration infrastructure.
