“Georgian Amelioration” ltd is carrying out rehabilitation works on Tsereteli and Agmashenebeli main canals in Marneuli municipality.

After completion of the project, water supply will significantly improve on 2140 ha of agricultural land area.

The works for the arrangement of the irrigation infrastructure envisage installation of rockfill on two sections of the River Khrami left slope, on total length of 542 meters, construction of a vehicular bridge crossing, as well as installation of the reinforced concrete well and cross regulators.

According to the plan, the large-scale project will be completed by the end of this year, which will increase reliability of irrigation water supply in the region.
