Within the framework of the ongoing reform at „Georgian Amelioration” LTD, a working meeting was held on fundamental issues of the company's strategic development.

The company team worked on developing a mission vision and values. Priorities, strategic goals, and the specific actions were identified, that will ensure the effective implementation of the reform.

A detailed action plan was also developed - key steps were outlined, responsible structural units and deadlines were determined, which will make the company's activities result-oriented.

Establishing a unified vision for strategic development is an important basis for effective management.
