Irrigation water supply project of land plots of 4 villages of Mereti Community
“Georgian Amelioration” LTD of the Ministry of Agriculture of Georgia implements irrigation system arrangement project, which aims to supply irrigation water to the land plots of Mereti Community villages in Gori Municipality.
Within the project, four pumping stations will be built and 2 km of irrigation channel will be arranged. The population of Mereti, Gegutiantkari, Zardiaantkari and Koshka will benefit from the new irrigation network and will be able to irrigate 185 ha land plots area. The works will be completed by the August, 2017.
