Construction of pumping station in the village Dzveli Anaga is underway
Construction of the pumping station in the village Dzveli
Anaga, Kakheti is underway. Under the project arrangement of steel
pressurized and distribution pipeline, as well as installation of inlet
structure, pumping station and reservoir is scheduled. The works envisage
enclosure of the territory of the pumping station. Arrangements for ensuring
power supply for the pumping station will be carried out.
As a result of the project implemented, up to 1 200 ha of agricultural land area will be supplied with irrigation water in Signagi municipality.
The project with total cost of GEL 2 413 700 is implemented by “Georgian Amelioration” ltd under the Ministry of Agriculture.
The rehabilitation works will be completed in the first quarter of 2018.
