Georgian Amelioration” Ltd is involved in disaster consequences elimination works
“Georgian Amelioration” Ltd has been involved in elimination works of disaster consequences in Lagodekhi and Kvareli municipalities.
Special equipment has been operated in the villages flooded due to the overflowing rivers.
Riverbed arrangement works are underway in the village of Kabali, Lagodekhi municipality, while ravine embankment reinforcement works are underway in the village of Balghojiani, Kvareli municipality.
Due to unstoppable heavy rain, the turgid Shorokhi River overflowed its bed in Kvareli municipality and uncovered the foundation of the road leading to the Balghojiani village.
Currently, the riverbed cleaning works and reinforcement of the foundation of the damaged road are underway.
The works for elimination of the disaster consequences have started immediately and intensively continue.
