The irrigation channel has been cleaned in the village of Akhalsheni
“Georgian Amelioration” LTD has carried out works on the irrigation system of Khoni-Samtredia, as part of the improvement of irrigation infrastructure.
On the territory of the village Akhalsheni, a 2-kilometer section of the water distribution channel has been cleaned from alluvion in Khoni municipality.
As a result of the works carried out, the irrigation service has been improved on approximately 155 hectares of agricultural land area in the village of Akhalsheni.
“Georgian Amelioration” LTD started operational activities in May and completed them in June.
