The Drainage Network is being repaired in the village of Ghimbalauri
"Georgian Amelioration" LTD is carrying out cleaning works of the drainage massif on the left bank of the river Rioni.
Totaly, a 5.3 km length of collector and water catchment network is being cleaned from tree plants and alluvion on the territory of the village of Gwimbalauri, in the municipality of Lanchkhuti.
The works will ensure regular water flow in the channel. As a result, drainage service will be restored on 35 hectares of agricultural land area. The arrangement of the drainage system will help the possibility to increase agricultural production.
The restoration works of the drainage system will be completed in the middle of September.
