Cleaning works on up to 3 km long drainage canal are underway in Khobi municipality
“Georgian Amelioration” Ltd carry out alignment works on Khobi-Utora drainage massif in Khobi municipality.
In the village of Shua Khorga (middle khorga), a 3 km long main canal is being cleaned from trees and shrubs and sedimentation.
As a result of the works performed discharge capacity of the canal will increase and drainage services will be restored on 100 ha of agricultural land area in the municipality, which will significantly facilitate to the growth of agricultural production.
“Georgian Amelioration” will complete the cleaning works on the drainage canal in May.
