Arbo pumping station is working at full capacity
Georgian Amelioration has completed emergency works of pumping irrigation scheme in Gori municipality. Arbo pumping station is working at full capacity and irrigation water is stably supplied to agricultural land areas of the villages Arbo, Kordi and Ditsi.
The failure of the pump has caused interruption of irrigation water supply to the last reach in the village of Ditsi. At this time, the delay has been completely eliminated.
Furthermore, for the next irrigation season, additional strengthening of pump units and arrangement of an independent line at the pumping station is scheduled which will improve water supply and irrigation regularly.
