Rehabilitation works of drainage scheme are underway in Senaki Municipality
“Georgian Amelioration” ltd under the Ministry of Environment Protection and Agriculture is carrying our cleaning works of 10 kilometers of drainage and water collecting canals of various categories from vegetation and sediment on the territory of the village Nosiri, in Senaki Municipality.
Upon completion of the works, discharge capacity of the canal will increase. As a result, drainage services will be restored on 120 hectares of agricultural land area.
Works on the drainage massif will be completed by the end of May.
