Restoration works of drainage system are underway in Lanchkhuti
"Georgian Amelioration" Ltd is carrying out repairing works of the drainage massif of the left bank of the Rioni near the river Oragvisgeli, in Lanchkhuti.
Collecting and water catchment canals of 3.2 km length are being cleaned from trees and sediment.
After completion of the works, the water will flow without a hitch into the canal, which will provide drainage services on 15 hectares of agricultural land area and increase the possibility of agricultural production.
Ongoing works on the drainage massif are at the completion phase.
