Rehabilitation works of the drainage system are underway in Senaki Municipality
"Georgian Amelioration" Ltd is carring out arrangement works of the Tsiva-Tekhura drainage massif in the village of Teklati, in Senaki Municipality.
The 8 km length of collector and water-catchment canals of various categories is being cleaned from trees and sediments.
After the completion of the works, the water into the canal will flow continuously, which will provide drainage services on 400 hectares of agricultural land area and increase the potential of agricultural production.
The works on the drainage massif will be completed by the end of February.
