Amelioration works in Akhaltsikhe municipality
"Georgian Amelioration" Ltd actively continues amelioration infrastructural works throughout the country.
This time repair-operation measures are being carried out in Samtskhe-Javakheti, Akhaltsikhe municipality.
In the villages of Vale, Pamaji, Gurkeli and Tsriokhi, a total of 3 km of main canals are cleaned from trees and sediment.
As a result of the works, discharge capacity of the canal will be increased, which will ensure irrigation of an additional 50 hectares of agricultural land area in the municipality.
Works for arranging the network are carried out by “ Georgian Amelioration” on its own resources.
