The drainage system of the village Ticker was cleaned
“Georgian Amelioration” Ltd is actively implementing drainage and irrigation infrastructural projects throughout the country.
In order to remove excess water in Kobuleti municipality, cleaning works have been carried out on the drainage massif.
In the village of Tikeri, collectors and watercatchment canals, with a total length of 1.5 km. were cleaned of tree-plants and alluvion masses, and inter-trace furrows with the length of 5,000 m. were arranged.
Amelioration measures were carried out to 15 hectares of land area.
As a result of the works, in case of heavy rainfall, the agricultural land areas, adjacent to the drainage massif, will not be flooded.
