Farmers who receive irrigation and drainage services on up to 10 hectares of land will be exempt from the 2020 amelioration service fee.
As of July 31, 12,869 subscribers were eligible for the state benefit and exempted from the 2020 amelioration service fee. Beneficiaries' savings amounted to GEL 1,802,411.
