“Georgian Amelioration” ltd conducts information campaign
For facilitation to the expansion of modern irrigation methods, “Georgian Amelioration” ltd under the Ministry of Agriculture conducts information campaign. Within the campaign regular meetings are held with water users in order to provide them with detail information on advantages of drip and sprinkler irrigation methods. These methods of irrigation are much more profitable than the traditional one, as they require less resources and significantly increase quantity and quality of yield.
After the presentation held by the company in the village Ditsy , resident of the village –Lavrenti Barishvili has installed drip irrigation system in his own land parcel.
