Director of the region held meeting in Samtskhe-Javakheti
“Implementation of significant irrigation projects is scheduled in Samtskhe-Javakheti”-Vakhtang Gardapkhadze –Director of Shida Kartli and Samtskhe-Javakheti region of “Georgian Amelioration” ltd –stated at the working meeting held in Akhaltsikhe regional administration.
Director of the region made a presentation on scheduled rehabilitation projects and operation arrangements.
Head of regional projects coordination service, heads of Adigeni, Akhaltsikhe, Aspindza, Ninotsminda, Akhalkalaki municipality governments, head of information-consulting service of agriculture attended the meeting. The attendees spoke about ongoing situation with regard to amelioration schemes in the region and agreed on future cooperation details with representatives of “Georgian Amelioration” ltd. Representatives of local authorities shared their opinion on scheduled projects with the attendees and expressed willingness to facilitate to the successful implementation of works within their competence.
