The World Bank has granted special machinery to “Georgian Amelioration” LTD
"Georgian Amelioration" LTD under the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia is actively preparing for irrigation season.
Rehabilitation of main amelioration systems has already been implemented and is still ongoing.
It’s important that “Georgian Amelioration” LTD pays great attention not only to restoration works, but also further operation of amelioration systems. Donor organizations are actively involved in this process.
With the help of the mentioned machinary, in case of accident on amelioration systems, including fixed and mobile pumping stations, timely implementation of repair works will be possible, that will be equipped with various equipment (Generator, welding machine, electronic mechanical equipment, tools, etc.).
Special equipment will be transferred in different regions of Georgia.
