Rehabilitation of Shua Ubani and Koda irrigation schemes
United Amelioration Systems Company of Georgia is implementing rehabilitation of Shua Ubani and Koda irrigation schemes. The project envisages: arrangement of water intake structures (3 units) on The Kavtura and Gudalura Rivers; cleaning of main canals and partial lining with cast-in situ and set of reinforced concrete (with right -angled section canalets ); arrangement of water outlet units, new culverts and structures. The works are carried out by ”Dagi” Ltd. According to the project ongoing works with the value of 612 620 GEL will be completed by middle of November, 2014. After completion of rehabilitation works, water will be supplied to 508 ha of agricultural land area of Kaspi municipality.
