Rehabilitation works on Mtkvari-Jandara irrigation system in Gardabani municipality are underway
Ministry of Agriculture and United Amelioration Systems Company of Georgia continue rehabilitation of irrigation schemes.
Repair works of 14th and 15th distribution network of Mtkvari-Jandara irrigation scheme are being carried out in Gardabani municipality, Kvemo Kartli region.
As a result of rehabilitation works water supply will be improved on 1530 ha of land area in three villages of Kvemo Kartli region: Nazarlo, Vakhtangisi, Jandara.
The company schedules to carry out repair works on other distribution canals of Mtkvari-Jandara irrigation scheme. Consequently irrigated area will be increased up to 7500 ha.
United Amelioration Systems Company of Georgia implements rehabilitation works on 9 different items in Kvemo Kartli region.
