Fines
On the
basis of paragraph 964 of the “Code of Administrative Offences of
Georgia”, Orders of the Minister of Agriculture N 2-89, dated June 15, 2010 and
N2-55, dated April 7, 2011 on bringing amendments and addendums therein, in
case of revealing seizure of irrigation water, minutes of administrative
offences shall be composed by “Georgian Amelioration” ltd. In
compliance with the paragraph 964 of the Code of Administrative Offences of
Georgia, seizure of irrigation water from the irrigation schemes will be
resulted in imposing a fine on the physical entity in the amount of GEL
250, while GEL 500 on the legal entity. In case of recurrence of the
action under the very paragraph, fine in the amount of GEL 500 will be
imposed on the physical entity and GEL 1000 on the legal entity.
By the
order of the Minister of Agriculture of Georgia N 2-89, dated June 15, 2010 and
order N 2-55, dated April 7, 2011 on bringing addendums and amendments therein,
the rule for composing minutes of administrative offences is approved, in
compliance with the paragraph 964 of the Code of Administrative Offences of
Georgia, including format of the minutes of administrative offences,
composition, delivery, revision and legal mechanisms for registration and
reporting.
